Spring has sprung

Spring~Summer 2012 came charging in last week!
The week began with misty mornings and the promise of warmth and ended in a blaze of glorious yellow sunshine. Every day the garden responded..at first shy and quiet and by Sunday Mr.Lane said he could literally see the cherry blossoms bursting open...

A week of flowery photos all taken at home...

So now we off to Cornwall...looks like the weather may hold on and we shall hope for some sunny beach walks...see you when we get back, not sure how long we will stay....I am channeling this lovely Jigsaw mood~board for my packing!

See you D'rectly -x-

  2. Oh, how lovely, lovely! and, speaking of lovely, I love your 'moods'! =]

My husband and I have been joking that spring has done more than sproing, it's 'pounced' with a vengeance, here. We're still in crocus stage, though, which is much better than four feet of snow stage! Although, we do have a clump of daffodils that grow by the foundation of our house and they seem to bloom, even before the grass can start to seriously green up. It's a little pocket of prophetic spring.

I hope that you have a happy sunshiney time in Cornwall - I really do! =] In truth, I'm so jealous!
