Pretty green

Today I saw tiny lime green shoots pushing out of the leafy, mouldy, muddy earth high up in the bluebell woods and I smiled at their promise.
The highly scented smell of hyacinth is wafting out from the kitchen.....

Love the little seat you have by the window, just perfect for tea drinking and window gazing I bet.
Hope all is well with you.

  9. As much as I love our Suffolk countryside, views like yours make me long for a few more hills!

I couldn't resist some hyacinth bulbs today as I thought it was about time my home had that smell once more.

Love your bench in your bay window, is it a Scumble Goose one? And what scent of east of india candle do you have on your table? I love their candles but cannot seem to get my fave smells anywhere at the moment.

PS: Sorry about the temptation post and the resulting petrol I cost you! ;)

  13. Ahhhh, hyacinths....
One of my all time favourites.

My sister dug up some of my hyacinth bulbs while she was helping my weed the other day, I hope she replaced them the right way up.

    Cheers
