Sun, sun, sun, here it comes!

Little darling, it's been a long cold lonely winter
Little darling, it feels like years since it's been here
Here comes the sun, here comes the sun and I say it's all right

Little darling, the smiles returning to the faces
Little darling, it seems like years since it's been here
Here comes the sun, here comes the sun and I say it's all right

Sun, sun, sun, here it comes...
Sun, sun, sun, here it comes...
Sun, sun, sun, here it comes...
Sun, sun, sun, here it comes...
Sun, sun, sun, here it comes...

Little darling, I feel that ice is slowly melting
Little darling, it seems like years since it's been clear
Here comes the sun, here comes the sun, and I say it's all right It's all right

Yes, it is very all right indeed to be lusting after a new spring wardrobe from Cabbages and Roses and dreaming of all those lovely blooms soon to be adorning our homes.
SUN , SUN, SUN here it comes xXx

  3. I LOVE that song! It's one of those "celebrational" songs that I sing to match what's going on (instead of just mindlessly humming it.) It fits perfectly - spring has exploded here in VT. Also, these images are so gorgeous! What a happy post. Thanks! - Katy

Uh oh! I'm already whistling it...

  7. It was so warm here today too! I walked the dog in my t-shirt and jeans and NO jumper! I never thought I would see this day again truly after this winter.
It is wonderful isn't it to see its return.

  9. Sweet Greetings from Frog Hollow Farm across the pond! I love looking at your beautiful photos, and you now have me singing that wonderful Beatles song. Today was our second sunny day in a row; windows in the car rolled down - 70 degrees F. Watching the daffodils ready to bloom across the pond. Please stop by my blog if you have a moment. Ciao, Bella!

  12. It is a marvellous feeling to shed the winter layers and be frivolous outside without a coat.
Can't quite bring myself to loose the woolly socks yet though.

Am dreaming of spring blooms and warm sun.

  19. I have come down the lane to wish you a lovely spring full of blessings and happiness my darling. Today I had a doctor's appointment and while he made me wait for almost an hour, I sat there quietly reading your posts off my phone. Thank you darling for helping me spend an enjoyable hour today.
