Christmas Roses

To celebrate the beginning of Advent
Roses
I think any of these would be the most wonderful gift to receive
Perfect sumptuous velvety roses from the

I gave some to my MIL last Christmas and we all delighted in them

They were like this

What makes them extra special are the herbs that are mixed into all the arrangements

How I would love to fill my home with them

This is definitely my favourite, I like the way light refracts through the ribbed glass

Happy Advent everyone x

  12. Gorgeous blooms. I have a friend who has a florists. She says that people take pictures in at this time of year that they have cut out of mags for her to replicate. She says that they nearly have heart failure when she tells them how much roses cost at this time of year!! I always mix herbs in with my flowers because I have loads in the garden. xxx

  21. Thanks for your comment the other day. I agree totally that the best simple pleasure is just being. Really looking at things around us and enjoying everything for what it is.
Now don't go doing anything silly with that broom!

  22. Oh wow, those arrangements are absolutely beautiful - the colours of the roses and the herbs belnd perfectly don't they? I had never really thought of roses at Christmas but I suppose their colours, especially the deeper reds, and their velvetiness are just right x
